Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Preorders & Special Orders

Preorders may incur a 10–20% restocking fee if cancelled after procurement. Custom/industrial items are non‑returnable unless defective on arrival.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Opened fragrances or hygiene products
• Installed/used kitchen appliances
• Wigs after removal of tags or signs of wear
• Industrial equipment after installation
